Fees and Policies

 

Fees

$175 - 50 minute session (standard)
$250 - 80 minute session (recommended for ART)

I accept checks, cash, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards. All cards will be charge an additional processing fee of 3%.

 

Insurance

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and PreferredOne. For all other insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.

Sliding Scale Option

I believe that therapy should be available and affordable to everyone. To meet this need, I offer a sliding scale. Because space is limited for my sliding scale spots, you may be placed on a waiting list. Please contact me if you are interested in this option.

 

Policies

Cancelation Policy: Please cancel with minimum 24 hours notice and 48 hours is preferred. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancelation fee of $150 will be applied to your card. If you are able to reschedule your appointment within five days, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee.

Payment: I accept payment in check, cash, or credit card. Please not that you will be charged an additional 3% for credit card transactions. I require that we keep a credit card on file. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your card will be charged for the full session amount.
